KLUBHAUS Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction:
These terms and conditions govern the use of the KLUBHAUS Loyalty Card. By participating in the program, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
- The Card is available to individuals aged 18 and older. Only one Card per person is allowed.
- Team members employed by the Dekko Isho Group are not eligible to join.
3. Enrollment
- Customers are required to provide their name, address, phone number, email address, and date of birth during loyalty card registration.
- Customers can enroll in the Classic Card program by making a single transaction of any value.
- Customers can enroll in the Prestige Card program by making a single transaction of 15,000 BDT or more.
4. Earning Points
- Points are earned on qualifying purchases (Regular Products) made at KLUBHAUS website or outlet.
- The standard rate for earning points for Classic Card program is 1 point per 100 TK spent.
- The standard rate for earning points for Prestige Card program is 2 point per 100 TK spent.
5. Redeeming Points
- Points can be redeemed Regular products only
- To redeem points, you must present your loyalty card or provide registered phone number at the time of purchase.
- Points cannot be combined and cannot be redeemed with other offers, promotions, or discounts unless otherwise specified.
- Points can only be redeemed towards the purchase of regular products on the website or from the outlet, and cannot be used towards shipping costs.
- Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Customers can redeem their points when they have 100 points or more in their account.Gift Cards
- Unfortunately, Customer won't earn points when purchasing a gift card, but will earn points when they pay using a gift card.
6. Card Expiration
- Points expires 24 months after they are earned unless redeemed.
- The Validity of the card is 5 years.
7. Card Use
- The Card must be presented at the time of purchase or while enjoying any offers provided by KLUBHAUS.
- Misuse of the Card, including fraudulent activity, may result in termination of membership and forfeiture of points.
8. Lost or Stolen Cards
- Report lost or stolen Cards immediately to KLUBHAUS Hotline Number +880 1841-297782. The company is not responsible for unauthorized use of the Card.
9. Changes to the Program
- KLUBHAUS reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program, including the Terms, earning structure, and redemption process, at any time with or without notice.
10. Privacy
- Personal information collected during enrollment and participation in the program will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
